Do you honestly feel that states will actually see checks change hands? I
can see these things being waived, forgotten just like the deed restrictions
will the second or third time a piece of property flips. This is not to say
I have the answer, we should consult with a land title/insurance type on the
best way to protect future purchasers and local and state taxpayers.
