Hello, One resource to keep in mind is EPA's Clean Water State Revolving Fund. While there are certain hoops (the site has to have a water connection, brownfields have to be on your state's nonpoint source cleanup plan), this money can be used to assess and clean up petroleum contaminated sites. This info is available on EPA's Website, and I'd be happy to fax anyone the fact sheet. I understand that Ohio has been leading the way on using this resource (confirm/deny?).
