Subject: | [CPEO-BIF] Fwd: Fw: Workplace Health and Safety Plan for City of Wilmington |
FYI, Please free to contact us with any supporting insights that must help us with our task implementing the first City Health and Safety Program. As you can see, we still cling to outdated thinking regarding required compliance with 29 CFR 1910.120 by local governments and Brownfield grant recipients particularly. The City of Wilmington must comply with this regulation without regard to City ordinance. Emery I contacted Delaware OSHA to try to get started on developing our OSH plan. We also need to schedule a meeting to get an action plan together. For some reason I'm having trouble sending e-mail to your address, so I hope this gets to you. Please forward to other relevant parties.
