[CPEO-BIF] New Jersey issues draft Vapor Intrusion guidance

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has developed a
Draft Vapor Intrusion Guidance to provide assistance in the evaluation
of contaminated sites. The Department is seeking external comments on
the draft document by August 8, 2005.
