> The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
> (Department) plans to issue a draft proposed 6 NYCRR Part 375 by the
> end of November for public review and comment. This regulation will
> incorporate the Superfund/Brownfield law changes to the Inactive
> Hazardous Waste Disposal Site Remedial Program (State Superfund
> Program or SSF) and the Environmental Restoration Program (ERP), and
> provide regulations for the new Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP). The
> Department plans to make the draft regulation and supporting
> documentation available on its website and at document repositories to
> be identified by the website. This regulation is expected to be
> formally proposed in the State Register as early as November 16, 2005,
