Allen Arizona Business Gazette July 27, 2006 NORTH PHOENIX - A developer wants to turn two of the last empty lots in Metro North Corporate Park into 439 apartments. The north Phoenix parcels are former brownfield sites contaminated by Honeywell, which vacated the adjacent office park two decades ago. Honeywell won a national award for its cleanup of the 160-acre site. Other parcels in the corporate park were developed as Fry's Electronics, Best Buy and an apartment complex. ...
