Measuregraph Building receives $300,000 in tax credits

The Missouri Department of Economic Development approved $300,000 in 
state remediation tax credits for the vacant property located at 4245 
Forest Park Blvd. in St. Louis, Gov. Matt Blunt said Thursday.

The two-story vacant property, constructed in 1931, served for many 
years as home to the Measuregraph Co. The developers plan to renovate 
the building and convert it into an office complex with parking, 
according to a release.
