Over $9 million announced for DeLaval brownfield cleanupMid-Hudson News (NY) October 6, 2006 (Poughkeepsie) – The state Friday announced a grant of almost $9.2 million to the City of Poughkeepsie for the remediation of environmental contamination at the DeLaval property. The land, along the Hudson River waterfront, will be redeveloped as a waterfront park, marina, canoe launch, parking and retail and office space. The Bonura family, which recently opened the fist phase of its massive project on the waterfront - The Grandview, a catering and banquet facility - will develop the remainder of the property. ...
