Remediation investigation work to begin at former hotel property

Thompson - The state and the new owners of the Concord Hotel and Resort 
site in the Town of Thompson will begin their investigation as to what 
and where any contamination is located on the property.

The site, which was accepted in to the state’s Brownfield Cleanup 
Program two years ago, will be studied to determine what contamination 
exists and what the best ways to remediate them are.

Of the 1,700 acre property, a 31 acre parcel will be reviewed.
