[CPEO-BIF] Stakeholders Forum on Vapor Intrusion, San Diego, March 12, 2008

U.S. EPA is sponsoring a pilot national stakeholders' forum on vapor 
intrusion in San Diego, California on March 12, 2008. The principal 
purpose of the forum is to bring together people who have been affected 
by vapor intrusion to interact with regulators and consultants 
responsible for investigation, mitigation, and remediation on a national 
scale.

The free, open forum will take place Wednesday evening (6:00 pm-9:30 
pm), March 12 in the "tent" building at the Mission Valley Marriott, 
8757 Rio San Diego Drive, San Diego, California 92108, 619-692-3800, 
concurrent with the Association for Environmental Health and Sciences 
(AEHS) West Coast Conference. For information on the entire conference,

The forum will include case study presentations by activists from five 
communities:

  Jane Horton, Mountain View, CA
  Robert Dorr, Providence, RI
  Debra Hall, Hopewell Junction, NY
  Bruce Oldfield, Hillcrest, NY
  Mary Moore, Phoenix, AZ

There is also an EPA-sponsored vapor intrusion technical seminar the 
following day, also open at no charge.
