[CPEO-BIF] Update on CPEO's newsgroups

As of today (February 8, 2008), CPEO is re-combining its Installation 
Reuse Forum (IRF) newsgroup with the Military Environmental Forum (MEF). 
In addition, the MEF will be FREE OF CHARGE - like this newsgroup, the 
Brownfields Internet Forum (BIF).

If you or others wish to subscribe to the MEF, go to 
http://www.cpeo.org/sub.html.

Neither of our remaining newsgroups - the MEF and BIF - is currently 
supported by grants. We will soon be sending out a fund-raising letter 
seeking donations to support these services. To donate to CPEO, see

Finally, past postings from all three Newsgroups are accessible from 
http://www.cpeo.org/newsgrp.html.
