Sometimes he counts boxcars that pass on the rails beyond the road. It wasn't so slow when he opened nearly three decades ago. He'd be happy to sell and move on, but no one's nibbling. A brownfield designation Boynton Beach is seeking for its Community Redevelopment Agency area could help. The city commission on Tuesday directed staff to sketch a map for the designation, which is limited to commercial and industrial properties, along with residential redevelopment projects.
