Hillsborough Approves Funds for Future Affordable Housing Property

At their Land Use hearing today, Hillsborough County Commissioners voted 
to provide a total of $725,000 to the Westshore Community Development 
Corporation to clean-up the Westshore Landings One Brownfield site, a 
3.7 acre site south of Spruce Street.

The Corporation intends to build 57 townhomes on the site, 43 of which 
will be affordable housing units.
