By Cindy Swirko Gainesville Sun (FL) April 22, 2009A brownfield designation that could result in tax credits and other perks for a company planning a new commercial park at the site of the former battery plant on U.S. 441 near Alachua will be considered by the Alachua County Commission on April 28. Commissioners on Tuesday agreed to hold the hearing at the request of the Phoenix Commercial Park.
