In response to evaluations from conference participants, the Brownfields 
2011 Planning Committee wants to encourage more interactive educational 
sessions in Philadelphia. We hope to have at least 60 percent of our 
educational sessions use either the marketplace/roundtable discussion or 
public dialogue/debate format.
