Nine Mall Brownfield clean-up completed Mid-Hudson News October 12, 2010TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – The State Department of Environmental Conservation has approved the remediation of the Nine Mall Plaza Brownfield site at 1810-1840 South Road in the Town of Poughkeepsie and is now reviewing the final engineer report. That report states that onside soil meets cleanup requirements and that engineering controls and institutional controls are protective of public health and environment for the proposed use. ...
