DEC developing plan to clean Endicott site By Jon Campbell Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin (NY) November 15, 2010ENDICOTT -- The state Department of Environmental Conservation is looking for input on a plan to clean a site contaminated with trichloroethylene (TCE) on Maple Street in the Village of Endicott. The department has proposed using bioremediation -- stimulating the environment underground to help microorganisms fight contamination -- to clean the groundwater underneath 312 Maple Street, a Broome County-owned site that currently houses kitchen cabinet manufacturer J.
