Doyle: Announces brownfield grant to Becher Terrace Housing, LLC WisBusiness Press Release (WI) State of Wisconsin November 17, 2010MADISON - Governor Jim Doyle today announced that Becher Terrace Housing, LLC will receive a $200,000 Blight Elimination and Brownfield Redevelopment (BEBR) grant from the Department of Commerce (Commerce) for remediation of a residential care apartment complex in Milwaukee.
