Gov. Doyle: Announces brownfield grant to Becher Terrace Housing, LLC

MADISON - Governor Jim Doyle today announced that Becher Terrace 
Housing, LLC will receive a $200,000 Blight Elimination and Brownfield 
Redevelopment (BEBR) grant from the Department of Commerce (Commerce) 
for remediation of a residential care apartment complex in Milwaukee.

"I am pleased we could assist Becher Terrace Housing, LLC in its efforts 
to convert a blighted property to productive use and create affordable 
homes for elderly residents in Milwaukee," Governor Doyle said.
