The 2011 State of Environmental Justice in America Conference, CREATING 
THE CLEAN ENERGY ECONOMY WITH EQUITY, will take place at the Washington 
Marriott at Metro Center, Washington, DC, April 27-29, 2011.
Conference planners are inviting individuals to submit a short abstract 
of no more than 150 words that describes an idea, a paper, individual or 
panel presentation related to the current state of environmental 
justice. Ideas, papers and presentations should concern environmental 
justice, clean energy, climate change, green jobs and related issues.

Applications for travel assistance are due January 31. Proposed 
presentation abstracts are due February 15.
