Heights Council gives green light to Tim Hortons at Telegraph-Warren By Ben Baird Dearborn Press and Guide (MI) March 1, 2011DEARBORN HEIGHTS - The brownfield plan necessary to bring a Tim Hortons to the northwest corner of Telegraph Road and Warren Avenue was approved unanimously Tuesday by the City Council. If development continues to move forward, a Tim Hortons will replace the vacant gas station at 7205 Telegraph. ...The approved plan will capture about $140,000 from taxes on the property over a 17-year period. It will pay for an environmental assessment of the property, and the demolition of the vacant gas station and removal of contamination, Oliverio said.
