Contamination Investigation Raising Concerns Joe Webb WKRC TV-12 News (Cincinnati, OH) April 1, 2011A Northern Kentucky sewer project that forced 16 workers to get tested for chemical contamination is getting a closer look. There are growing concerns tonight about how Northern Kentucky's Sewer District handled a potential chemical exposure to workers. Sewer District One workers were checking some sewer lines in Covington, when they were told they were digging in contaminated soil. 16 workers on the site have been tested for exposure and are still waiting for the test results. ...The City of Covington is in the process of cleaning up the old Donaldson Art Sign Company site for re-development. When they asked Sewer District One to come in and check the sewers, they didn't expect them to dig on the site. But in early March, they did. ...
