"As a homeowner, you feel violated because you're thinking people are doing the right thing," he said. When contractors went to work in the backyard of his Oak Run home, they didn't just dig up dirt, but trash... and a lot of it. "It's just a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach to see what they're bringing up with each scoop," he said.
