Instead of pool, Lakeland man gets a dump

Lakeland, Florida -- Rather than swimming in a pool of crisp, cool  
water, Brian Dyer is swimming in a pool of regret.

"As a homeowner, you feel violated because you're thinking people are  
doing the right thing," he said.

When contractors went to work in the backyard of his Oak Run home,  
they didn't just dig up dirt, but trash... and a lot of it.

"It's just a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach to see what  
they're bringing up with each scoop," he said.

Dyer says the contractors tried to dig into three different areas in  
the backyard and each time, came up with more trash.
