WEST SENECA Commercial expansion is considered at Langner sites By Denise Jewell Gee Buffalo News July 27, 2011The owners of two Langner Road commercial sites are considering expansion. Delta Sonic Car Wash Systems has applied to the state's Brownfield Cleanup Program for a proposal to redevelop its car wash and gas station at Langner and Ridge roads. Next door, the owner of Uncle Bob's Self Storage has submitted a site plan to build three climate-controlled storage buildings and a parking lot that could accommodate recreational vehicles. Delta Sonic representatives have told the state Department of Environmental Conservation that the company plans to invest about $2.75 million to improve its Langner site by constructing a new convenience store, detailing center and oil change building, as well as renovating the existing car wash. ...
