Old brick property destined for rebirth Written by Lou Whitmire Mansfield News Journal (OH) August 18, 2011MANSFIELD - The vacant 146-acre former brick manufacturing facility at 1000 Richland Shale Road is being cleaned up to make way for economic development and job creation. Richland County Commissioners held a public hearing today for an application for a $299,000 grant to help with the project. Jody A.
