NYS tried doing this for a few sites including the Hopewell Precision
site and the IBM site in Endicott. Participation was very low. Only
about 7-10% answered. People felt insecure sending information to the
DOH because they did not know what would be done with this information.
I was upset that so few people wanted to be in the survey. I wish the folks in Pompton better results.
