involvement in Pompton Lakes
BY LESLIE SCOTT SUBURBAN TRENDS (NJ) JUNE 4, 2012,The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) plans to change its community involvement in Pompton Lakes. This summer the EPA intends to hold periodic afternoon and evening public information sessions to present updates on the various aspects of the Pompton Lake investigation and cleanup plans. EPA officials said these presentations will cover the investigation of the former manufacturing site, the plans that address contamination in Pompton Lake and the groundwater, and the installation of vapor intrusion systems on impacted homes. ...
