Campbell Mayor Bill VanSuch said 35 years after "Black Monday," hopefully this might spark and entice other businesses to come in also." ...Recently, the state agreed to give the city of Campbell nearly $2 million to remove hazards from a 40-acre site near the border with Youngstown.
