[CPEO-BIF] EPA releases Vapor Intrusion guidances for external review

U.S. EPA has just released two "Final" vapor intrusion guidances for  
external review, taking public comment until May 24, 2013. Until now,  
EPA was only taking comments on the technical papers that form the  
basis of the larger, general guidance. This is a great opportunity  
for all parties to contribute to the long-awaited document.
