Using the grant made through the Brownfield Revitalization Incentive Program, Seawall will outfit a 21,770-square-foot building at 2600 North Howard with commercial space, a performance venue and a butcher shop and restaurant by Spike Gjerde, the celebrated chef and restaurateur behind Woodberry Kitchen and Artifact Coffee. The $3.8 million project is expected to be completed in December and will create 75 jobs over the next two years.
