North Side Residents Ready To Sue NY Air Brake

"Tonight was the starting line. We just crossed it," Andy Williams  
said. "The gun just went off tonight."

Williams lives in a neighborhood on Watertown's north side that's  
coming together in a lawsuit against New York Air Brake.

Residents say the company's former owners were responsible for  
polluting their soil.

"There's definitely a TCE plume under this community," said  
environmental investigator Bob Bowcock. "The extent is not fully  
delineated. You can never completely delineate these."
