Curtis Park Village sells first lots for homes by Ben van der Meer Sacramento Business Journal (CA) February 24, 2014 The first homes in Curtis Park Village are now in sight, after developer Petrovich Development Co. sold 88 lots to BlackPine Communities late last week.
