Fact Sheet #5 Former Nessen Lamps Site (aka PS51X) New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Brownfields Cleanup Program November, 2014 Cleanup Action Completed at Brownfield Site Action has been completed to address the contamination related to the Former Nessen Lamps Site (the “Site”) located at 3200 Jerome Avenue, in the Bronx, New York under New York State's Brownfield Cleanup Program. Please see the attached map for the site location. Cleanup activities were performed by The Rinzler Family Limited Partnership (the "Volunteer") with oversight provided by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC).
