ROBY Binghamton Press & Sun-Bulletin January 9, 2015 A county-owned brownfield property in Endicott contaminated with a toxic solvent is getting additional funds to help with cleanup. The Department of Environmental Conservation announced nearly $59,000 in NY Works II funding for remediating 312 Maple St., where trichloroethylene, or TCE, has been found in groundwater samples.
