Contamination cleanup BRA trying to revitalize sections of Navy Yard by Donna Goodison Boston Herald (MA) May 16, 2015 The Boston Redevelopment Authority is looking to designate portions of the Charlestown Navy Yard as a special development district to finance the cleanup of contaminated sites and public infrastructure improvements with the goal of spurring development.
