This is the first time that the vapor intrusion disclosure requirements have been included. - LS] Lower Providence supervisors approve plan for 139 town houses Plan calls for 139 homes at River and Germantown; soil contamination an issue By Carl Rotenberg Norristown Times Herald (PA) August 6, 2015 LOWER PROVIDENCE - The board of supervisors Thursday approved the written, conditional use for 139 town houses at the intersection of River Road and Germantown Pike. … The written conditional use included stipulations that were proposed by the DEP and accepted by the developer.
