Rubberlite looking at Cabell By BEN FIELDS Huntington Herald-Dispatch (WV) August 11, 2015 HUNTINGTON - The president of Rubberlite Inc. spelled out Tuesday how his company hopes to use a 27-acre plot of land along the Ohio River as the base for a research, development and light manufacturing center that could bring up to $100 million in investment by 2018. Alan Letton detailed the company's plan as he worked to persuade the Huntington Municipal Development Authority to purchase the land so Rubberlite can construct what he called an advanced polymer center on it. He also informed HMDA officials that his company will soon be working with another operation that is moving to Huntington by Nov. 1 to be closer to materials it purchases from Rubberlite.
