Military Contractor’s Contaminated Property Slated For Large Development in Avenel Middlesex County Freeholders Pledged $6M Grant to Township For Construction of Planned Arts Center Amid Massive Residential Development Led by Atlantic Realty BY ADAM UZIALKO New Brunswick Today (NJ) March 7, 2016 WOOD BRIDGE, NJ- It’s been just shy of a year since the abandoned General Dynamics facility in Woodbridge Township was demolished, and now the remediation of the contaminated property at 150 Avenel Street is underway.
