Brownfield study opens door for Richfield development By JOE VANDELAARSCHOT Greater Milwaukee Today/Daily News (WI) April 8, 2016 RICHFIELD — You’re singing to the chorus. That’s what Richfield Plan Commission Chairman James Otto basically said to a representative of Vandewalle and Associates after a lengthy presentation about future village development at the Commission’s meeting Thursday night. The company was hired by the Washington County Site Development Steering Committee to conduct an environmental assessment of suspected contaminated sites in five county communities, including Richfield, and examine how they could be used for development.
