New 206,000-square-foot warehouse coming to Carteret by Susan Loyer My Central Jersey (NJ) August 17, 2016 CARTERET - Construction of a new industrial complex at 900 Federal Blvd. in West Carteret has been approved, Mayor Daniel Reiman and Councilman Jorge Diaz said in a statement. The project, being built on an unused brownfield site, is being undertaken by Bridge Development Partners LLC of Parsippany. The lot is owned by Federal Business Centers of Edison, the statement said. The announcement comes at the heels of other ongoing projects in the borough, including a self-storage facility coming to property that sits between Lefferts Street and Peter J. Sica Industrial Highway. Last month, it was announced that a Courtyard Marriott will be coming to the borough, as well as a new apartment complex on Roosevelt Avenue. A marina project also is in the works. ...
