Water main project could cost Goshen $180K by JOHN KLINE Goshen News (IN) March 20, 2017 GOSHEN - Complications related to the potential impact of groundwater contamination on a water main replacement project along Monroe Street on the city’s east side could cost the city upward of $180,000 to remedy, a city engineering official said Monday.
