Sheffield could use ADEM loan as cleanup option By Russ Corey Florence Times Daily (AL) April 10, 2017 SHEFFIELD - The Sheffield Redevelopment Authority will apply for a zero interest loan from the Alabama Department of Environmental Management to clean up the site of the old city dump. The dump is on about 60 acres of property owned by the authority, and lies within the footprint of the proposed Inspiration Landing resort development.
