Congressman Neal Presents Grant Toward Photech Mill Cleanup By Jack Guerino iBerkshires (MA) June 16, 2017 WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — A next step in the long road toward developing affordable housing at the former Photech mill was taken Friday with the presentation of a $200,000 federal brownfields grant. U.S. Rep. Richard Neal, D-Springfield, was on hand for the announcement of the Environmental Protection Agency funds, one of several stops he made in Berkshire County on Friday.
