Saltville residents offered final design for old shop site by Linda Brochette Southwest Virginia Today August 25, 2017 Saltville residents and anyone interested are invited to the town hall Monday evening for a final design presentation on the old town shop site. The Community Design Assistance Center team from Virginia Tech will present its final design at 6 p.m. and comments are welcome.
