Tax break proposed for Nypro property project by Jeremy Wise Dothan Eagle (AL) November 19, 2017 The Dothan City Commission could approve tax abatements for a potential development near the Nypro plant in western Dothan Tuesday. A tax abatement, or waiver, regarding property at 441 Nypro Lane is on the agenda for Tuesday’s agenda. Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce president Matt Parker said developers with Private Holdings, LLC, are planning to construct a large building, perhaps as big as 69,000 square feet, in order to attract a new manufacturer. The property currently has a warehouse on it, which is being converted into the Xtreme Air Trampoline Park, according to a Facebook page of the same name.
