Redevelopment plans for GM site remain fluid Delaware Business Now December 8, 2017 Thomas Hanna, president of Harvey Hanna & Associates said nearly 100 configurations for the 3.2 million square foot site have been developed. Options include keeping most of the massive complex in place to partial or total demolition. None of the plans include residential development at the site. The site is zoned industrial. Hanna spoke at an informational meeting called by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control that included a discussion of DNREC’s brownfield assessments at the site near Newport and Prices Corner.
