TCE found in six water wells near state-owned Rose Valley Lake in Lycoming County By John Beauge PennLive (PA) February 26, 2018 WILLIAMSPORT - The state Department of Environmental Protection is providing bottled water to six homes adjacent to a state-owned lake in northern Lycoming County because of high levels of trichloroethylene found in well water. There is no known or obvious source of the TCE found in wells north and northeast of the Fish and Boat Commission's Rose Valley Lake near Trout Run, DEP spokesperson Megan Lehman said Monday.
