McKinney Lower Hudson News (NY) April 4, 2018 PEEKSKILL - Could city-owned land on Lower South Street become home to an indoor sports complex? Residences? Some kind of production studio? The Common Council may vote in the next few weeks to seek developers’ proposals for 11.6 acres on Lower South Street - south of Travis Lane and north of the BASF Corp. property - on the city’s west side, not far from the Hudson River. The site is close to Route 9 and its Louisa Street exit.
