Board of Public Works approves $72K in testing work at former industrial site By Howard Greninger Terre Haute Tribune-Star (IN) April 9, 2018 The Terre Haute Board of Public Works on Monday approved roughly $72,000 of work at the former Terre Haute Coke and Carbon site. The board approved a contract not to exceed $72,307 with ATC Group Services for collection and analysis of soil samples on the site at 13th and Hulman streets. The company will make 51 soil borings, with samples taken from zero to two feet deep; 2 to 4 feet deep; 4 to 6 feet deep; and 8 to 10 feet deep.
