Royal China site offer piques Sebring council’s interest By Stephanie Ujhelyi Alliance Review (OH) May 2, 2018 Sebring Village Council has received a letter of interest from a potential buyer about the 20-acre former site of Royal China, which was destroyed by fire in 2010. During a workshop Monday afternoon, Mayor Michael Pinkerton notified members that Safety-Service Director Richard Giroux received a letter from Kenneth J. Cardinal on behalf of an unnamed client, advising that the Mahoning County Treasurer has begun action to sell the Sebring Royal Properties for back taxes. According to the county’s online property search, Royal Sebring Properties owes $76,333.11 in delinquent tax liens on 18 parcels.
