Latest testing shows lower TCE levels at Abby Kelley Foster high school in Worcester By Scott O’Connell Worcester Telegram & Gazette (MA) August 6, 2018 WORCESTER - In letters to parents this past week, Abby Kelley Foster Charter Public School leaders said follow-up testing has shown there are not elevated levels of potential harmful chemicals inside the high school. But some parents remain concerned about the discovery of trichloroethylene, or TCE for short, in the building via air tests conducted in June, as well as the school administration’s handling of the situation.
